MobilityTech principal Mike Costa has over thirty years of public and private experience in the planning, design, implementation, and operations of transportation technology projects. He has worked as the Senior Director of a Technology Division at a New England based construction company, as a Principal at an engineering consulting company with corporate responsibility for all ITS projects and advanced technology applications across the firms East Coast offices, and held public positions as the first ITS Director at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and Assistant Chief Engineer for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority. He was the founding president of ITS Massachusetts, an early local chapter of ITS America.

As Creative Director/Graphic Designer, Karen Pappalardo brings over twenty years of experience to the firm, managing and executing creative deliverables. She specializes in all phases of brand development, graphic design, creative presentation materials, as well as client collaboration.

Alexandra (Lexie) Doucette is our Social Media Coordinator. Lexie is tech-savvy young professional with the skills required to create and coordinate various client communications through online channels. Lexie also supports the creative process at our firm with her skills as a professional photographer.

Karen Costa brings over twenty five years of accounting experience to the firm serving as our Administrative/Finance professional. Karen has previously worked in both the public and private sector as an office administrator, assistant finance director and company accountant.
